A Slice of Heaven ... Right Here in Ann Arbor
God is the Author of diversity, and through Jesus, He has made Himself available to any person of any nation. We are blessed at Ann Arbor Assembly of God, because we see evidence of that truth every time we get together.
Drop in any Sunday morning, and you'll probably see someone from China, Taiwan, and Thailand ... Costa Rica and Dominica ... Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe ... Germany and Hungary ... India and Pakistan.
Honestly, it feels like we're living Rev 5:9 - "You purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation." We are honored that through God's grace, this heavenly scene is repeated each Sunday morning and Wednesday night in our church.
And we invite you to be a part of it, too. Drop in any Sunday morning, and you'll feel right at home, no matter where you're from. In fact, that's how Adaeze from Anambra, Nigeria describes it: "It feels like home ... the love shown to us."
And Dorcas fron Mombasa, Kenya said it similarly: "The church gives me a sense of belonging; it's like "a home away from home."
We enjoy our God-given identity of being an international church. It's an honor that so many foreign-born Christians worship with us. Listen to what they say.
"My heart belongs here. I am so happy to be here inside and out." - Rahel N, born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
So drop in any time we're here and enjoy a slice of heaven!
